This is it! This is the final game of the first round. The next two sauces that will conclude our chicken tender round are One F@*!kin’ Drop at a Time Hot Sauce and Memphis Garlic Habanero Sauce.
One F@*!kin’ Drop at a Time was bought for me as a gift from New Orleans. My co-worker knows that I love hot sauce so she brought the scariest looking one back.
One F@*!kin’ Drop at a Time is in a small round bottle and the top is made with an eye dropper.
After trying it on the chicken tender, I found it to be really spicy. The name is correct, you should only use one drop at a time.
Memphis Garlic Habanero Sauce is in the same bottle as the other two but has an orange label. I like how Memphis hot uses the same label with different colors to tell the sauces apart.
The sauce came out with a a good consistency. It was spicy but not over powering and I loved the garlic flavor.
This is a reminder of how the sauce will be rated.
The hot sauces will be rated on a scale of 1-5, 1 being the least, and 5 being the most. The categories are:
3. Taste on the food for the round
One F@*!kin’ Drop at a Time Hot Sauce.
Spiciness – 5
Flavor – 3.5
Taste – 4
Memphis Garlic Habanero Sauce.
Spiciness – 4
Flavor – 5
Taste – 4
This round was a tough one, Memphis Garlic Habanero Sauce for the win!
One F@*!kin’ Drop at a Time Hot Sauce was good but it was to spicy. I like that equal balance of spice to flavor.
Memphis Garlic Habanero Sauce was the perfect hot sauce for chicken tender. The garlic and the habanero complimented each other in the best way.
Disclaimer. I drank soda in between heat tastings to clean my pallet.
